What's New?

In the past few months of 2008, and with the support of the City Mayor's Office, management of the DCOTT has likewise caused, conceptualized and implemented certain projects (a result of benchmarking) which have immensely contributed to the operations of the terminal, these are: 

     The creation of a Public Assistance Center (PAC) and 3 public assistance counters to cater to passenger queries on bus fares, trip schedules, distances, and bus intervals, as well as key landmarks, offices, establishments within Davao City for arriving passengers;


       The installation of surveillance cameras to boost the security measures of the terminal which can be considered as both a proactive and preemptive security procedure  to safeguard the riding public (these cameras can be viewed by Task Force Davao and DCPO-PNP over the internet) from people with ominous intents;

    
The creation of a Breastfeeding Room for lactating and breastfeeding mothers and their infants which is an advocacy of the Women’s Code of Davao City.

 
    
This Terminal is likewise the first terminal to implement the biometric log-in system for personnel among all the other units within the City Economic Enterprise, inorder to improve the detail and monitor the duties of personnel.
