Our Terminal Manager
Magno G Adalin, Jr. is an action man who believes in exerting 100% effort in everything he does.
A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy - Class 1986, he has held numerous key positions in the Philippine Army prior to his joining the City Government of Davao. Among the most notable of these are as Executive Officer of the 73rd Infantry Battalion, Executive Officer/ Operations Officer of the 701st Infantry Brigade, 7th Infantry Division, and as Commanding Officer of Task Group Aguila, Task Force Davao.
Bringing with him his experience as a military officer, Mr. Adalin, combines wit, charm, and intelligence as he tackles the day to day problems of work. Imbued with sterling leadership qualities, he has motivated this office and its men and personnel into performing their functions above and beyond their call of duty.
When asked on how he is able to manage and supervise two offices (the other being the OIC of the Davao City Defense and Security Unit) of the City Government of Davao, Mr. Adalin would say, “It is all about discipline, and the willingness to help in transforming and developing our City to be at par with other developed cities all over the world.
